Methods to collect warranty information / labour time guid

This may be of interest for those of you who are with Ford and looking after warranty. I found that having a structured way to collect all the required information assisted us to complete the Ford claims quickly and accurately.

At the end of this document are two urls that will allow you to download a warranty form and a template for a stamp.

Initially I made a rubber stamp that contains most of the elements that are needed to complete a warranty claim. While this is ok for the simpler cases it is too limited for more involved claims. The second form is more complete and accommodates more labor time codes.

These may be especially of help if you have a new person learning the system. Both of these forms are Microsoft Word.

The idea could be adapted for most warranty systems.

It would work if tripod allowed remote loading of pages, but they don't. However if readers just copy the URL into their browser it should work fine.

Thanks Rob ... fixed the second URL as it hiccupped. I think will work ok now.
