i am interest if anyone has used ADP to effectively track customer retention and defection. this includes canned reports or custom reports generated in RPG. also interested in your results and your opinion on time, cost and effort vs additional sales and profit.

I have done this extensively for dealers, and have a variety of reports, etc.. that I can give you

Anytime you do an analysis of your customer database in order to determine things like this, you can come up with a pretty good amount of leads for additional sales and service opportunities
