ADP Web 1000 or ACS?

We are a smaller dealer and have been using ADP alliance/Web 1000 for about 6-7 years now, but are thinking about changing to ACS. Anyone have any info on this system or have been using it that could shed a little light on the subject.

Dont know much about ACS, but can tell you that there is good and bad about any DMS. I have been on the ADP Alliance Dealer Concil for over a year and think I know a little about the upcoming good from ADP so feel free to email.

Good Luck with ACS, we have been using the system since the first of the year and had several issues. Not bad at first, but just like everything you see some improvement to be made and thats where thing go south. The dipatching is especially challenging.
