Servive BDC employee

I am going to have my own BDC employee in the BDC to take service calls, make appointments etc. I need ideas on pay plans.

We have two people in our service dept. doing this kind or work. We pay $10.00 per hour plus a monthly spiff of $0.50 per each appointment set, a bonus of $100.00 when they hit 200 appointments, $200.00 at 300 appointments and $300.00 when they hit 400 apointments. This is paid on what they set individually.

Last month each person set approximatley 350 appointments each.

I was thinking along the same lines but trying to tie it into appointments kept percentage. 85% show up $0.50 each 90% $0.75 each etc. and also trying to get them to up-sell something like the service of the month at an extra dollar each service sold. I just don't want to make this a tracking nightmare.

We have a full BDC. You can call our BDC manager for any input. I'm sure she will be helpful. She has several things her crew is assigned to do to help the dealership, mostly service.
