Warranty Administrator Payplan

Just trying to get an idea of what kind of payplans for Warranty Administrators are out there. We do approx 600 repair orders and 85k in labor per month. Mine does a wonderful job with very few that don't get paid.

It so depends on your local market area.

In a general sense - hourly or salary ... with a small bonus ... very small for whatever you want to build on (aging, rejects, CSI, etc.)

An administrator in our area doing that amount work would be in $50k range - in the rural mid-west it would probably by between $20-$25k.
