What Products or Service Important to Customer's

Has anyone seen any changes in the attitude of your customer's about products or services offere? Has anyone completed a study to see what products or services will be most important to their customer's in 2009? If you have how can you change your business model to add or emphasize these services or products?

in the customer's mind: they would like to see
fixed right the first time, at a fair price (not the cheapest), safety, connivance,and courtesy and someone who cares about them.

even when times are tight they still want the same things

I see a lot of misspelling and typos on this forum and that's okay, but I just couldn't overlook this one.

Hopefully you meant convenience instead of connivance.
