ABSOLUTELY NOT!! to the survey removal.
Our AVM says that it is the dealership's responsibility to talk and keep the customer happy...(what a pile..)
ACADIAS are now called CACA idias... Those cylinder head issues will keep you busy for weeks...trying to find parts, and for techs to finish the job..of course if they properly diagnose and follow procedure. There's a lot of dealer techs that will clear the code and let them go. It seems that all the ones we got, had already been to other dealers and just got the code cleared because it is so much trouble fixing it right. BTW, the dealer that fixes it, gets screwed on the survey because it takes so long to get the parts, because customers don't want to have an engine "opened up" and repaired, and the procedure takes so long...even an alignment is required...
