we have a special op code.....
18cvzxxx that the advisor opens as a job on the RO anytime he/she feels the concern is a probable real comeback w/i 6 months....
then we pull those filtered ROs thru report generator by pulling the 18cvzxxx code....
It helps to get the info boiled without wasting a bunch of time reviewing ROs that are not even close to being comeback issues.

FYI, with the R&R ERA system, the advisor will be shown at wrte up (both 3010 & 3030) if the op code (base) 01, 18, 53, etc is a potential comeback. An asterisk (*) will display to the left of the op code.

When you return to the command line, enter the letter K and history will display for only those operations where the * displayed. The * is a warning for the potential comeback. It will show the previous RO#, date, Mileage, Advisor# and Tech#.

The specification for the comeback is set up in 3071, Dealer Setup, items 8 & 9. this is the key that makes the 3616 comeback report work.

Since this keys on the operation code base, it only indicates a potential comeback. This system feature plus your individual policy and procedure on comebacks will help.
