I interviewed about three months ago for a story I've yet to write. My concern is that during the first wave of these programs the IRS came down pretty hard on them. This is the last coordinated issue statement that I am aware of:

However, Procheck is really doing their homework and has the accounting power of respected auto accountant Willard Defilips doing a lot of the IRS work. In fact, I believe Mr. Defilips has asked for a new ruling on the subject since they have tweaked some rules. I believe Procheck would love for the chance to get a decision once and for all and I think they indeminfy the dealership from IRS loss. Please check on all that with them. There are certainly more companies out there, but given the other ones I contacted failed to return answers on any of my questions I wouldn't recommend them. I hope that helps.
