We currently are purchacing 55 gal drums of pre mix from our local NAPA store (Dealer owns 4 of them). Our cost is $61.10 per drum. I know that It could but cheaper elswere but you know that the dealer would not approve of that (Got to put from one pocket to the other). The only information on the drum is Champion packaging & distributing. 630-972-0100. Might try them for information and pricing.

I am located in the NY metro area on Long Island and about a year ago I was approached by a gentleman from Advanced Liquid Recycling 1-800-582-5906. He stated he is from the same company that supplied the solvent in bulk for the "jiffy" lube type operations and they were now going to offer it to dealers also. They installed a big plastic tank in the shop that holds about 250 gallons, and electric pump and a hose. each tank has an old gallon bottle, fills it when necessary and tops up every car they are working on. They have a "summer" formula and a stronger "winter" formula. They monitor your usage and provide automatic delivery just as your oil supplier would do. I don't know how far their operation is spread but maybe they can set you up with someone in your area. It is only about .80 cents or so depending on the season and that includes the delivery.

Lets not forget the GM parts since if youre a GM dealership and you properly perform PDI's and notice the washer tank low on fluid you can add fluid and recoup the cost and the added markup which in some states is 20% higher than the 40% allowed under warranty. The only caveat is you need to purchase and use a GM part numbered fluid for this operation. Might cost more money but you also might find you can get upfront discounts at certain times buying them in bulk from GM allowing a really decent profit and individual bottles to serve paying customers at LOF time etc.
