Very well said ROLFE. And I am glad to see you noted that your thoughts do not apply to all. I have worked with many "professional" techs as well as a few that have a long way to go before being considered "professional."

I did not mean to offend any good manager out there, it is just the managers I have worked for was only out to take care of himself. I know comebacks will happen trust me I have had some I never got paid the 2nd time but I did learn by my mistake. For the good managers out there who takes care of his service dept I salute you and say keep up the good work. I just wish ther was one over here.
