We started doing a program similar to byoung's, and have already today sold

three batteries
two full sets of brake pads (front and rear)
two serp belts
five air filters

I've quoted out several sets of tires, but no takers yet...

I also bumped my matrix a little, so that the spiffs really just bring us back to profit margin shown if sold at list price.
