Ohio HB 242 Rate Increase

Last year Ohio passed HB 242. Supposedly this requires manufacturers to pay you retail rates for warranty work performed. I was just wondering what experiences people were having with this process. It sounds to be a similar process to a normal warranty rate increase request. Is that correct? Have you guys seen any downsides to going through this process?
