So I am a parts manager at a stand alone Cadillac dealership. Does anyone know or tell me where I can find out the info on weather we can work on "other" GM models under warranty. I know we are aloud to work on them if we sold them but how about new customers moving into the area or new customers in general. Thanks for any help

if a cust drives in and wants repairs from you... you should be able to do it. You cant advertise that you want them but shouldn't be an issue
