CDK ServiceEdge

Who is using the CDK ServiceEdge program?

I am using it in several of my stores and compliance/feedback is not good. I realize that there is always pushback on all changes but this one has more than most. What are your experiences both good and bad? I am trying to decide if this program is ready for a high-volume facility so I can push compliance or step back until CDK has polished it more.

As a fixed ops consultant for many years, I have worked with nearly every DMS and aftermarket service system out there. In my opinion, CDK Service is the best system available today.
The problem is setup. CDK Service is complicated and time consuming to set up and is almost never done properly.
I have done tons of CDK Service installs and resets with amazing results.
