I posted this in the PARTS forum, but I would also like some SERVICE input too please:

ReyRey SPG~ We've had this program for over 10 years and never really gotten it off the ground. We've set it up, tried for a few months, then given up because of all the errors. Our Service Advisors DO use the estimating, but we never integrated the techs or parts mapping, because nobody can figure out all the programming. With our upcoming integration to Advanced Service (their next time-consuming "solution" to efficiency) we have tried again to get this going.
I have never seen such a colossal challenge in all my dealership experience! ReyRey is putting all of this on us with laughable phone-in training and no hands-on support. It's like learning Russian just so you can work this Service Price Guide. I would rather switch to another DMS and start from scratch!

Any thoughts? Anyone using this fully integrated as designed? If so I'd like to pick your brain for work-flow questions
