Hi, our shop is and has had a way to low warranty labor rate forever. I halfway know the process will be collecting customer pay RO vs warranty ROs. Is there any companies that anyone can recommend to help I achieve this? I know we fully expect an audit thanks

We use a company called Dynatron.

They help with fixed-operations in daily metrics and help with warranty labor rate and part increases.

Our labor rate has increased $33.00 per warranty labor hour and parts by 30%.

We are a GM dealership and we went from 40% parts markup to 96% parts markup. Armatus helped us achieve the warranty uplift. I would also check with
Rob at Fixed Performance dot com I would probably choose Fixed Performance over Armatus, both companies are very good.
Armatus did a great job for us however they don't come cheap and they keep getting a percentage split of what ever amount of uplift that they help
you gain for the next 12 months from the day the uplift starts.
I am in the parts department more than the service department so I cannot recall the amount of labor rate increase that they helped us receive.
