Good luck on getting anything out of them. They won't pay admin, storage etc., We have a rule, if we did not sell the policy, anything the extended service contract does not cover or pay for the customer is responsible. You have to make the customer acknowledge this upfront. We also require payment from the company prior to the vehicle has been released back to the customer. Too many times I have had the payment come back at a different amount than what was authorized. Could be our fault or the companies fault. Also, if they want to send you their parts, ask for handling fees. Some will pay, some will not. In these cases, depending on the contract company, they will pay up to the amount of their part and we have the customer pay the difference towards our part.
