Does anyone have any good experiences with customer retention programs like "tires for life" or "oil change for life." If so, could you let me know. And since this is not an advertisement site, feel free to email me at dave@rickysmith.com. Any good or bad information would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

We have a plan and it is working really well, You get a LOF, and for 4 months you get free roadside service, flat/tire repair up to $150. Extremely easy to administer.
It is surprising how many people get flats and bad tires. We have saved customers many thousands of dollars and they love it. the company who administers is is KREX. Walter Bushala is the contact. He is nationwide. http://www.krexinc.com/. they are greatr poeple, We use it for all of our used cars, which is a great way to get them back in. We also give our customers a Owner loyalty card that gives them discounts in LOF's
