Body Shop Estimator Training

Has anyone experienced or heard of a estimating class for new estimators in the form of a highly intense two week (or so) course?

I have used Vale National in Pa.I sent a collision advisor their this past summer who was with me about 3 months. He gained more knowledge in 2 weeks, than I could have taught him in 4 months. They also have a school in Tx and Ca. Their # is 800-233-7095.
