I was just wanting to know if everyone else is having a off year. I am with a Dodge Dealership and parts and service business is off but my body shop is doing better than before. Any feed back is welcomed.

From our survey last week to service managers:

As we head into the last two months of 2005 has the service business been:
About the same27%
Getting better34%
Getting worse38%

Fairly even split. I know I've heard this month hasn't been very strong in our local area.
