Recycled Coolant

We have used recycled coolant for years. Recently, one of my service advisors pulled a sample from our container and didn't like the "cloudy" look of it and has expressed the opinion that we should be using new coolant when we perform a flush.

I was just curious how many of you use recycled versus new coolant and what your thoughts are on the subject.
