Was wondering when applying for the increase
are LOF's factored in when gm looks at your effective laobor rate? Has anybody recently
applied?

Yes LOFs are included, more than that GM calculates LOFs divided at a minimum of .3 hours - it can really hurt if you have a loss-leader for LOFs.

The increase is almost decided based on your reps evaluation - that can make your relationship with your AVM critical to getting an increase.

Several suggections for increasing your effective as calculated by GM have been offered in our GM Warranty Administrator publication. If you'd like, email me and I'll send you the details.
