NEW CPIA with Nissan

I was wonderinf if there is any Nissan dealer that can tell me if your claim procedures are OK with the CPIA? Here in Canada we installed that new system last october and we are now working twice the time on a claim to get paid than before... Is it better for you guys in the states after 4-5 years ?

PS My english is not very good since our province is not very english...
