Our sales dept is pushing a product called diamon-fusion. No repair orders are generated, the product costs nothing I am told and they are having the lot guys install it, and selling it for like 300$. I would be interested in any feedback from service guys on this product. so far, i have had many customers back in 'service dept' for their first oil change saying it worked for about 2 weeks, but now cant even tell its on there? Feedback on your product experience may be helpfull. Let me 'have it' to share at my next mgr meeting.
