Quick Service Team Variable Pay Rates

Good Morning All;

Just checking to see if anyone is using a Quick Service Team Concept to drive Quick Service and Maintenance. With Warranty Falling rapidly I am trying to drive more customer paid work and maintenance. I am driving this thur "No Waiting" service of any kind. If the customer's call or drive in we handle the customer just like the Fast Centers. I also run my inspections thru the Quick service team to get a better inspection and unified inspections. I pay my Senior Technicians the same for Quick Service as I do the Team this has put another 200K a year to the bottom line. Checking to see if anyone is using this format..
