Pay plan for Service Advisor

Hello all, I am just in the process of hiring a new service advisor. Just wondering what sort of pay plans people are using out there that are successful. We are a small dealership with 6 technicians in Canada. Thanks for your help

Our shop used simple support groups. The advisors get paid 2% of customer pay parts and labor, $3.00 per hour that their group flags, 25 cents for each hour the rest of the shop flags. They also have a spiff program, hours per ro bonus and CSI bonus paid monthly. Works out to between 4.5 and 5% of total sales.

i have been on this basic plan for years and it works real good for us.
