training classes cancellation

I am steaming mad. I only needed three classes to be 100%. All three classes have been cancelled and the techs put back on a very long waiting list.

It seems the GM training instuctors are all looking for jobs and attending interviews instead of teaching these last classes.

I can't blame the instructors but I sure blame GM for the poor method it has handled the whole Training Center fiasco.

Anyone else having this problem?
Do you see a trend here?

Yes, we are having the same problem in our area.
In a recent Service and Parts Managers Club meeting we were concerned why the GM Training Center instructors weren't keeping our Techs for the whole class or they weren't getting all of the training as required, we got that problem possibly resolved. But, we did learn that there now isn't enough instructors for some of the classes especially E.S.I. training ad GM is actively searching for outsourcing or contracting for this class.
