We are still recovering from Hurricane Ivan and my latest quest is to replace our factory (Chrysler) service manuals lost in the flood. Is there an outlet other than buying from Chrysler? The on-line manuals from All-Data and Chrysler themselves leave a lot to be desired-especially in the wiring diagram area. The thought of paying full retail for a 5-10 year old manual for all of our model vehicles that we service from Chrysler makes my head spin! Thanks for any help!

Have you Contacted your Area Parts or Service Reps? They should have a list (or have the ability to get a list) of Dealer Closures, and you should be able to buy your books from a closing dealer.
Also, did your insurance not pay for replacements? Maybe that is something other dealers need to look at as well, in case of a disaster.
