whats the pros and cons of a matrix labor rate? thinking of doing it. Is anyone else doing this...

I used Labor matrix rates in the past. I found only pros(increased gross). The cons, like anything else you do in the service drive, the advisors have a hard time understanding or justifying the change in selling service, however once it impacts their commission in a postive way, its a no brainer.
