Hello,

I am looking to build a service report in REY REY 6910 Report Generator that shows Active Service Customers within 24 Months that own a specific make that will include the following; Full Name, Full Address, Total $$ spent with Parts/Service (if possible), Home, Work, and Cell Phone #'s, E-Mail Address, Year of Vehicle, Model, Last Known Mileage.

Now the hard part, I also need to know how to download this info from REY REY to Microsoft's EXCEL program, so that I can start managing my data base for inhouse mailers. If anyone can HELP, that would be greatly appreciated.

Ask your system admin to give you access to 7601 and 7602. These are not screens but will allow you access to Query Builder. Then in EraLink go to Run and then Query Builder. You can select the file and outputs just like with 6910 and then click the PC button and you can output the data as an Excel file. It will take you a little longer the first time but will save you lots of time later and it is easier to use.
