Pontiac Dealers - Duplicate Tool Shipment!?!?!
Posted: Wed Dec 19, 2007 1:14 pmToday, we received tool DT-47825. We had in-stock already DT 47825-100. The only difference is DT-47825 includes a -10 harness. The rest of DT-47825 is exactly the same as DT-47825-100 - a tool you probably have had in inventory for more than 1 year! If your tools are stored correctly, you will find a -20 in with your DT-47825-100 - that is a seperate harness, not actually included with your -100.
I have spoken to Kent-Moore and to my GM parts reps, and I am sure they will help me. I am not sure if they will notify all 900 or so Pontiac dealers so you may need to make your own calls.
Oh, by the way, if you have a J-43298 and a J-43298-10 - they did the same thing to us on these tools.
