I would like to know if anyone is using this. If you are did you do all the set ups. It seems like a lot of set up time to save a little time when writing and closing a RO. Any opinions will help.

I just finished helping a dealership install ADP Quick Repair Order this past week on an Express Lane installation.

This is an outstanding piece of software that if your intention is to streamline and operate a highly efficient Quick Lube or Express Lane operation, then ADP Quick RO or Reynolds One-Step is the only way to go.
This holds especially true when every minute counts while expediting the service write, parts billing and invoicing process during the Quick Lube or Express Lane process.

If you have not seen the demo on ADP Quick RO then I recommend that you take a moment to visit www.carink.com and click on Quick RO.

The ADP QRO set ups are very basic, but the key is to simplifying the language within ADP QRO write up process, op codes and parts descriptions when prompted so that a person walking in off the street could actually write up lube oil and filter with having very little training. Much like Electronic Repair Order or Service Price Guide you can expect to get as much out of thisas you put into it.

I can also speak first hand that CarInk has excellent support on this product. Please feel free to contact me at slapenta@bellsouth.net if you have any questions.

For the record I am not a sales rep, but a fixed operations consultant that believes in very efficient service departments.

Is there something similar for Reynolds? I think the ADP system is great. Not to mention that is windows based !!!!
It would also mean less training time for new advisors
