Unrecognized PIP Part sales

I'm looking for some practical suggestions re: PIP. Dealer is on bulk oil program. How would he present GM bulk oil numbers on an RO so we would pick it up as a PIP included part.
Using an example of 890215935w30 bulk / gallon how do they input an RO for 6 quarts? And I guess the second question would be if they use a quart part number would it be picked up since they don't buy that number.
Any help would be much appreciated.
