Does anyone have a process for presetting the customers next LOF/ service appointment, that they would be willing to share. I also need a proven process on sales to service handoff. I am trying to show the GM and Sales Manager that we cannot thrive on hopes and dreams we need these customers coming back for all thier services. please email them to dennis at russwood dot com
