Posted: Tue Nov 22, 2011 9:36 amAlso, hire a person that knows everyone and is universally liked. I had the most knowledgeable managers you can find but they didn't have a sales personality so I never really got much business. Hired a person that new everyone, parents, high school coaches, hunters, you name it and I taught him the business. We are really doing well now. YOu can't teach someone to have a sales personality. Just my thoughts. You may also want to look at an ABRA franchise depending on which state you are in.
