We would like to look into a customer follow-up direct mail program to keep in contact with our service customers. We are checking prices and systems with Reynolds & Reynolds but we would also like to look at other vendors. Can anyone suggest vendors that you could recommend. What should we look for in a system. We are a GM dealer using Reynolds & Reynolds ERA system. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

A company that we have been very impressed with (and that we have no financial stake in) is Mav-Mail. They have excellent follow-up processes and are especially adept using email information contained in your DMS.
