driving new business

We have currently opened a new dealer point and I was curious if anyone would be polite enough to share some ideas that they have used with sucess to drive in additional business. We seem to have gone flat since we first opned.

Do you think the answer would be to attract new business or do a better job with current
customer database? How long at the location?

Been at the location for 6 months. Looking to drive additional customers into the store.

What manufacture do you represent? Was it an existing or is it a new point? What kind of floor trafic is sales creating? What DMS system are you on? What state are you in? What did you do at the beginning prior to going flat?
