I'm not sure what type of training you are looking for. Most manufacturers offer web based or cd modules, but I feel that a more personal approach is best. I'd be happy to talk to you and let you know the services that I can offer to dealerships, or talk to you about some other resources available.
Thanks!

I like Bob a lot too and always wondered why he didn't have the presence in the dealership world that he has with the independents. His stuff has always been rock solid whenever Ive interviewed him.

The ADP group "ProfitPoint" have done an incredible job with a multitude of clients in Canada and some states. They are state of the art in hands-on as it is based on current and pertinent psychological research (they have their own "Blanchard" - name is Baldwin who keeps moving the level higher). They are fanatical about being in-store and generally produce results in the 15-20% area.
