What are your thoughts on Service Menus?

What are your opinions on the content, and structure of a productive menu?

Since the manufacturer has increased many service intervals, what are we doing to stay ahead of the game. What is working, and what is not. This will be a challenging year.

I have some that are approved by my last AVM. Has everything exactly like the owners manual, footnotes & schedule. I was with GM until this past Monday, and will share them with you if you want a sample.
