Penske parts pay plan

Hey everyone! I looking at jobs with Penske automotive groupe and was wondering if anyone knows how the body shop parts counter people get paid. All the parts jobs I have had I have been paid salary plus commission off of total department gross. Wasn't sure if they do it this way or off of employee number gross. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you!
