GM Chevy Fixed Ops Benchmarks

Good Morning Every one, I am looking for a source of the Fixed Ops Benchmarks for a GM Chevy store! I have been asked to run a GM Chevy store and get the store on benchmark! Any and all ideas would be great!!

For me the single best place to start is with the GM Compass report. You can compare yourself to the area, zone, etc. You can find the Compass report under the business workbench in DealerWorld. YOu will need to download some stuff I believe, then you request a current compass report and come back after five minutes and it should be ready for you. If you need me to I'll log into one of my GM stores and walk you through the steps in depth.
