ADP TO ACS SWITCH

Looking to switch DMS suppliers from ADP to ACS. Anyone have any opinion from the service side as far as ease of transition. The demo seemed very user friendly but we didn;t get to do any hands on work with it, which is what I was hoping for. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
