What is your experience with DRPs?
What are your DRPs 'fairness' in what they pay, thier policy towards non-OEM (or even used) parts, number of customers they send, etc.?
There seems to be a flap brewing over State Farm and their repair policies/proceedures. Interesting enough: This time the litigation is between the insured and the insurer.
We are trying to get on the DRP program, but the insurance companies seem set on using the big multi-location non-dealer body shop.
