WINS missing in action claims

Has anyone else experienced an inadvertent extensive delay when submitting a warranty claim? I've closed a few tickets, submitted a few claims (within the time period for the corresponding claim run) and had them not show up on our credit memo. I waited one more claim run, resubmitted the claim, and got paid. Have any of you had this problem, and do you know what is happening ?

WHAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING IS DUE TO COMPUTER ERRORS IN THE DCS RUN, OR ELSE YOUR FILES ARE NOT BEING ACCEPTED WHEN YOU ARE SENDING DCS FILES. CHECK TO SEE IF THIS IS A PARTICULAR BATCH OF CLAIMS, OR WHETHER THESE ARE CLAIMS WHICH ARE H ROUTED. IF IT IS THE FIRST, I WOULD MAKE SURE YOUR DCS SEND IS DONE BY ONLY ONE PERSON. THIS WILL ELIMINATE PROBLEMS WITH FILE DATE/TIME ISSUES. YOU SHOULD ALSO CHECK YOUR CLAIMS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT REPORT. IF YOU NEED MORE INFO, CALL MARY SHERICK AT VOSS VILLAGE CADILLAC. 937-433-4811.
