Anyone out there have any ideas for the Body Shop for advanced production methods -- Or does anyone out there have something working for them. (Maybe Team style production etc.)

Robert Rick of ABRA does a lot of the NADA presentations on body shops, but I haven't seen anything related directly to APM.

ASC has aformal body shop course as well.

Also keep in my opinion APM doesn't seem much more than incentivize the techs to put in more overtime on the job.
