WARRANTY/TECHNICAL TRAINING

Hi guys and gals,

I'm searching for a training provider to visit our dealership for GM warranty training. The state of Louisiana has an Incumbent worker training program that provides $$$$ for training--Believe it or not. Also searching for technical training providers specific to GM--example transmissions, differentials etc.

Possibly looking for training in other areas as well such as service advisor--customer relationship training etc.

There are a lot of details involved so I won't get to specific in this forum.
If anyone has any such contacts I would appreciate the info.

You may contact me at jchristopher@walkerautomotive.com or

Thanks
Jerry Christopher

This always points to a problem with the DealersEdge web site. I love it, but it doesn't exactly feature all of our offerings.

We (meaning I) do GM warranty training in dealerships. Normally, I get called in when new people are hired and there is a bit of a mess to clean up at the dealership. Nothing makes me happier than to walk into a dealership with a huge stack of rejected claims. They are great training tools and just fun to do. (I know - I need professional help.)

Our GM Warranty training can last from two to four days depending on the dealership's situation with 2.5 days being typical. Our rate for in-store training is $1,250 per day plus travel costs. For a two and a half days worth of training you are looking at an investment of approximately $4,000. Oh, and plan for at least one late day (if not two). When doing training sessions on stores that are struggling I am usually there late.

If your store is sailing along fine and just needs some tune-up work for new hires, we can work on some pre-developed materials I have.

In either case, just drop me an email if you have more questions.
