It has been a while since I've seen it, but GM still send out that LTG program? The one that works like a webpage? Has anyone seen this lately?

I also just got an update for the GM LTG, I removed the old and installed the new as they requested. ( What a pain to do with each update ) I have to be honest, I don't care to use it. It seems bulky, sometimes difficult to find ops and overall not a pleasure to use. Give me Warranty Wizard.

I think it is a good tool for the S.A.'s when they need an op-code or to base a labor time on (our C.P. rate is warranty + 40%).

Are you referring to the one in SI?

If a person has "Warr Admin" privleges inSI he can use the LTG on-line.

Techs can be given auth to do so, looking up their ops and time. Or SA the same.

Yeah the one in SI was what I was looking for. I assume it would be the most current information published, but maybe I am over-estimating GM's timeliness.
