Has anyone installed ADP Workbench application in their service department? If so, what advantages do you feel this application offers as compared to ADP ERO?
Does ADP WorkBench offer "Hours To Sell" inventory, and Techncian efficiency/productivity management reporting.

Hey Slap. How about a little less prospecting and selling in this forum? You'll scare off the important people - dealers, parts managers, service managers...Go do some cold calling...

Can you offer any "constructive" input to the above question?
Or is that your professional way of stating, that you do not know?

Steve,
Tech workbench is ERO without dispatching.
Some dealers want to control the dispatching manually, but still have the advantages of a tech accessing the RO from a terminal.
Access items include: the story, punch times, vehicle history, parts request, service price guides, additional service requests, and vehicle inspection sheets.
I haven't seen any dealers go from full ERO to tech workbench. But the dealers that went from basic ROI to tech workbench love it.
