My boss recieved an email that was deleted by accident that contained information about an online seminar being held on Global Warranty. I am trying to find out anything I can on this. I remember it was $215 and it came in last week. Anyone else recieve anything on this? I believe it was being put on by Hugh Burdon.

Thanks to the many Service Agents who have registered and participated in the Global warranty Online Training to date! The feedback has been extremely positive.

There are three additional Global Warranty training sessions set for January complimenting the four remaining December programs.

Two new courses have been added in January, Body Shop Warranty Procedures and New Vehicle Check - in Procedures.

Evening On-line Warranty Policies and Procedures training for Technicians and other Fixed Operations staff is available through the balance of December and January. These programs have been very popular and provide a unique opportunity for your staff to hear a consistent message.

Please review the attached file for further course details and registration links.

Please find attached the December through January schedule for warranty training. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail.

Log into GM GlobalConnect, click on the "Messages" tab and find "Online Warranty Training Program Availability Dec - Jan 2010 Hugh Burdon Automotive" dated 12-11-09. Click on that and you'll have access to the "December 2009 - Jan 2010 Online Training Programs US.pdf".

I signed up for the training. I will let you you all know what I think. Has anyone gone up on the new Global Warranty System yet? If so care to tell us how it's going?

I attended the training today, along with our warranty clerk. I have also attended the ADP training as well as the regular GM training. This was by far the best training available. If you can afford the $215 (for 2 people) it is definitely worth it.
