Thanks to the many Service Agents who have registered and participated in the Global warranty Online Training to date! The feedback has been extremely positive.
There are three additional Global Warranty training sessions set for January complimenting the four remaining December programs.
Two new courses have been added in January, Body Shop Warranty Procedures and New Vehicle Check - in Procedures.
Evening On-line Warranty Policies and Procedures training for Technicians and other Fixed Operations staff is available through the balance of December and January. These programs have been very popular and provide a unique opportunity for your staff to hear a consistent message.
